🌍 Ninas & Tias - Mission-Driven Website Design
Role: Web Designer & Visual Strategist
Tools Used: Canva, Squarespace
🧡 Project Overview
Nina’s & Tias is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women, youth, and children in Honduras through education, transportation support, faith-based development, and safe community spaces. I was tasked with designing a website that would clearly communicate their mission and encourage donations to support their efforts.
The site needed to be approachable, heartfelt, and easy to navigate—especially for potential donors and ministry partners in the U.S.

- Clearly communicate four key initiatives: scholarships, safe spaces, seminars, and faith growth
- Make it easy for users to learn more, donate, and get involved
- Highlight the Honduran identity and faith-based mission visually and emotionally
🛠️ My Contributions
- Led the visual design and layout of the website
- Developed clear content hierarchies and simplified the messaging
- Designed graphics and icons that reflect warmth and cultural personality
- Focused on mobile responsiveness and user-friendly navigation
